Are you worried about Easter approaching tomorrow? I would think that having kids would make it ten times harder to make "healthy" choices around these times of year. All that candy sitting around your house - who wouldn't be tempted?! Shoot, I have a stash of candy at school for times when I surprise the students with a treat...and that's hard to have staring me in the face everyday. Usually I buy non-chocolate items so I will not be tempted...I've never been a fan of skittles, starbursts, sweet tarts, etc. But, I'm sure that there are certain things in you kids Easter baskets that are seasonal you may be coveting. For example, I LOVE Cadbury eggs. My suggestion is don't deprive yourself of them! Either take a bite of a few of your favorite sweets or choose just one and savor every bite! Whatever you decided to do, just enjoy your holiday and get back on track starting Monday. You can only do the best that you can.
