Right now lots of stores are having after Christmas sales and I've been wanting a new low-fat cookbook.  I was just perusing when a title jumped out at me, "Hungry Girl 200 under 200 (200 Recipes Under 200 Calories."  I started leafing through the pages and instantly liked it.  The recipes weren't too bogged down with tons of ingredients and it gave a detailed description of fat, calories, sugar, sodium, etc.  Some examples of recipes are Fab-Five Banana Pancake Minis, Choco-Monkey Oatmeal, Gooey Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing, Turkey 'n Swiss Scramble, Cheesy Saucy Veggie Sticks - all under 200 calories!  I will let you know when I start trying them!

Weight - 119.6 lbs.

Breakfast - 

1 packet no sugar-added oatmeal


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Dined Out at La Rosa's

Large Garden Salad with fat-free ranch

Small child spaghetti with light marinara

Snack - 

2 clementines

Dinner - 

Jenny Craig BBQ Chicken Pizza

Steamable Brussel Sprout with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
