How was your holiday? Did you survive or is it still going? Ours is not yet finished, we had one today and one more Monday. I'm so torn; I love Christmas but sometimes being with family members is stressful. I'm exhausted emotionally and physically. By the time my holiday break is over I will need a break from break. I'm sure the stress hasn't helped my endometriosis or a weight loss. However, something to be happy about is the fact that so far I have maintained my weight at 119.6! Yay! Do you know how many fatty foods I have been surrounded with over the past two days (as I'm sure you have). Not to mention, for the past three days I have been a baking queen and obviously I have to try all the desserts I've been making to see if they're any good! Luckily, my husband and I have been on two days of hour hikes to compensate for the fatty meals and sugary desserts I've been "taste testing." Now that the holidays are dying down I'm hoping our lives become quiet once more. I hope you had happy holidays!
