Every morning I drive by an elderly lady that stands at the end of her driveway, smiling and waving.  Rain, snow, or shine she is out there bundled up and waving her little heart out.  It melts mine everytime I see her.  How kind to stand outside and greet all the people that pass by?.  What a great start to my day when I see her standing there.  You know what smiling can do for you and your body?  It produces endorphins which make you feel more confident, happy, and increases the hormone that is a natural painkiller.  It helps you to relax and feel less stressed.  Smiling also increases oxygen to the brain and even exercises 15-26 facial muscles!  Laughing  I've spent several blogs on the importance of trying to be as stress free as possible when you're trying to lose weight.  Smiling is easy and there are so many benefits from it.  I've begun to look forward to the lady waving and smiling every morning!

 

 JC Cinnamon French Toast with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

 Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Tuna Salad Kit

Carrots

Snack -

no fruit since it's in my kit

Dinner -

JC Pasta Parmesan

Brussel Sprouts with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack -

JC Chocolate Chip Cookie
