11/15/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Friday

by Katie (Jenny Craig 2009 Poster Girl) 11. November 2014 19:39

As I'm sure you know, 2/3 of the United States is overweight and 1/3 of the country is obese.  Scary epidemic that's growing in the past decaded, isn't it?  How many of us wear Spanx under our clothes to try and hide the fat rolls? Many of us do the "yo-yo" diets: cleansing, Atkins, Southbeach, Slimfast, P90X, liquid fasting, etc.  Are these really life-long?  When you get off these diets are you going to keep off the weight?  Will you just return to bad habits?  If you do have the money I really can't help but push the Jenny program.  It's structured and teaches you the correct way to eat for the rest of your life.  You don't have to kill yourself trying to workout either.  I'm watching the Gayle King Show right now as they promote Mariah Carey as the new "Ambassador" to promote healthy living and eating.  Mariah looks AWESOME!

Jenny is also partnered with the American Heart Association.  How can you argue with the American Heart Association?  There must be something to the program if AHA is workinig with Jenny.  Go to the website jennycraig.com and at least check it out!  The Gayle King Show with Mariah is on the website.
