GUESS WHAT!!!!?  I HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT!  I can't believe I did it!  The funny thing is, Molly, doesn't work on Sundays and that's the only time I could go this week. It was actually more convenient for us to go to Hyde Park than the Fields Ertel location so neither Molly nor the girls I've been working with at the Fields Ertel Centre were able to soak up some of the hard work I give them credit for.  But, a bonus is that Hyde Park does glitter and Fields Ertel does not (who doesn't do that?!  that's part of the celebration!).  I got my glitter!  I was 124.8 so I'm officially lower than where I started right before I got pregnant.  After the fertility injections I was 125 on my scale at home so probably that would've been 127 at JC.  This means that I achieved my goal and am smaller than when I started right before pregnancy.  Am I as small as I was during my two and a half years of maintenance?  No.  But, that's OK.  I was about 116 pounds on maintenance (as most would say, that was almost too small).  So I'm happy floating around between 120 and 125.  Did you read those words?  I'm happy!  I'm happy and I'm done!  This coming Saturday I meet with my consultant to begin...MAINTENANCE.  I'm very nervous because of all the sodium in most foods but I'm sure she will ease me into it.  Laughing Laughing

Lunch -

 

JC Beef Stew

 

Panera Caesar Salad (no dressing)

Apple

 

Dinner -

 

JC Lasagna

 

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

 

Snack -

 

JC White Cheddar Popcorn
