10/18/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Tuesday

I know I've been going back and forth about staying with my new consultant or not.  She's very nice and knowlegeable I just don't think we necessarily "click."  I may be almost done with the program but I've been sitting on these last few pounds for several months now.  I think I need someone to help get me out of this plateau.  I've been switching up my exercise and foods so what else should I be doing to get to maintenance?  I have thought about it and talked with my old consultant and I'm going to start seeing her again just every other week.  Hopefully she can help me finish up or at least call nutrition and see what to do.  So, that means I'm headed back to Hyde Park which is almost an hour from my house.  Hopefully I will only have to see Molly monthly soon (since I will be on maintenance).  A lot of people don't understand why it's so important for me to hit my goal weight but it's my way of saying I did it.  I set a goal, stuck to it, and fought until the end.  It's important to me to feel like I can and did achieve the goal I made.  Does that make any sense?  A silly little number yes, but I have worked this hard I want to reach the destination I created.  Molly at least knows my body and if I go back to the other location after maintenance -fine.  I don't think I need a relationship with my consultant once I reach my goal.  I am really just "checking in" with myself on a monthly basis to make sure I'm not getting to far from where I want to be.  I have missed Molly and I'm excited to see her.  Maybe she will have an idea to help get me there!

1 cup fat-free organic milk

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

JC Chicken and Corn Chowder Soup

Apple

Dinner -

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Cheese Curls
