Don't you get sick of eating the same fruits and veggies day after day?  Today I changed things up made myself a 1 cup of blueberries and slice strawberries with Fat-Free Cool Whip.  2 tsp. is only 20 calories, virtually no sodium, and no fat.  It was absolutely delicious and felt like I was eating a fattening dessert.  I know this may sound crazy but the longer you abstain from sugary treats the more natural sugars in fruit will fulfill your sweet tooth.  Don't be afraid to change things up!  It's all about reading the nutritional labels and a change or two in your diet certainly helps keep your metabolism running smoothly!

Breakfast -

JC Breakfast Scramble

Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. creamer

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Cheeseburger with mustard

Celery with fat-free ranch

Snack -

1 cup blueberries and strawberries with fat-free Cool Whip

Dinner -

JC Chicken Parmesan

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Chocolate Chip Snack Bar
