I have lost a total of 28 pounds since I started JC at the end of November.  I've lost another 4 inches this past month.  My clothes are starting to fit like normal; not so tight.

Last night my husband and I had a date night and went to the Toby Keith concert with his cousin.  I decided I have really stuck to my weight loss plan and thought I deserved a night out with a few beverages.  Not every day is going to be perfect.  Let yourself have a little fun and give yourself some days that are "free" from being so stringent on the diet. You don't want to end up binging and really ruining your diet after you've worked so hard.  Add in a night or two occasionally that you have a piece of cake or dine out.  If you take away everything you love you will not last on maintaining your weight.  If you enjoy wine try to take away your fat that day and let yourself have a glass.  It's all about moderation.  Don't be too hard on yourself.  I had a great night and it was just what my husband and I needed.  Instead, to balance out the drinks from yesterday, I just hit the exercise a little harder and did an hour hike at a steep incline with my dogs today.  The scale will tell tomorrow but I imagine I did just fine and did not cause an increase.

Breakfast -

JC Apple Cinnamon Waffles

Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Chicken Sandwich with mustard

Salad with fat-free ranch

Snack -

Pear

Dinner -

JC Lasagna

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Key Lime Pie
