9/20/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Tuesday

Having a support person you can count on is everything.  For me, other than my family and friends, my static person I could rely on that really understood my body was Molly (my JC consultant) now that she has gone down to part-time I'm really missing her.  It's not that the girls at the new JC Centre I belong to aren't nice but they don't understand me.  It takes a while to build a relationship and I really counted on that with Molly.  She did not give me a bunch of marketing stuff and try to "sell" me.  She was to the point, yet informative.  I'm really feeling a loss these past two weeks without her.  I'm stuck at the very end with a new consultant that is suggesting my goal weight doesn't matter and I need to be happy with where I am.  I do agree, but I've worked too hard to hear that.  I want to be able to say I reached my goal weight.  I wanted it to be Molly that was with me when I finally succeeded.  It may not be Molly but I've decided I need to practice what I preach and even though I don't connect with my new girl; I need to find one that I will connect with.  I've got to stop worrying about hurting everyone's feelings.  Today I'm going to call my new Centre and has to schedule with someone new...
