Today being the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, makes it a very difficult day of memories.  Fear and intimidation can affect peoples mindsets and their mental and physical health.  Everyone deals with that stress differently.  The important thing is to find someway to confront that fear, and deal with it.

Many people find talk therapy, sharing with friends, or a church member to give them peace and understanding.  Others use a diary or journaling to help express their fear.

Do what works for you, but find someway.  Otherwise,  it can cause you a variety of symptoms that are not beneficial for your long-term health.
