9/14/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Saturday

Well, something is certainly strange.  I had gained yesterday but today I have reached my GOAL!  I am 125.8 on my scale!!!!!  Whooooo!  Now I just have to reach it at Jenny Craig which is harder after being weighed in at the end of the day once you have had food, drink, and heavy clothes on.  But, I will get it and I'll get my glitter celebration!!!!!  I'm so proud of myself.  I wanted to reach it by the end of summer and technically "summer" isn't officially over yet.  Last night I did a walk/run combination for 2 miles which may have helped jerk my body out of a plateau.  This would be characterized by JC as planned exercise.  I went out with my family and the dogs to get rid of my stress and it worked.  I was in a good mood knowing that I get to be with my son all weekend long.  I was devoted to losing the weight, I still enjoyed a glass of wine or two every now and then, and I even ate out occasionally.  It was the Triple Chocolate Cheesecakes from JC that helped pull me through.  Wink

Breakfast -

JC Cinnamon Rolls

Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack - 

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

JC Pesto Pizza

Carrots

Snack - 

3/4 cup strawberries

Dinner - 

2 oz. grilled shrimp

1/2 cup whole grain rice with 4 tbsp. Caribbean salsa with mixed veggies

Snack - 

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
