Today I have decided I'm stuck in another plateau and need to do something differently.  I'm still 2 pounds from my goal weight.  So, I'm going to try another 4 mile run/walk combination this weekend.  I haven't been able to walk every other day like I've been doing all summer.  I've been leaving for work at 6 and coming home between 6 and 8 lately.  It's been pretty grueling and I really miss my son.  I've heard from other working moms it won't get any easier until he's in junior high!  The faster I can get into a routine and develop relationships with my new students the faster I can be home earlier and get back into my walks with the dogs and playtime with my son!  I am positive stress is also playing a huge factor in my body refusing to shed the last two pounds.  I had the same struggle reaching the end the last time.  I'm almost there and I know I can do it.  Your motivation to reach your goal will help you get to the end!

Breakfast -

1/4 cup Break-free eggs with 1 Bagel Thin

Banana

1 cup coffee with tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Chicken Sandwich

Cucumbers

Snack -

3/4 cup pineapple

Dinner -

JC 3 Cheese Ziti

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC S'Mores Bar
