9/1/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Thursday

I love being back to school, sitting in the teacher's lounge for lunch, and hearing all the different chatter about new weight loss programs or food products.  Recently the teachers were talking about Yoplait Frozen Yogurt Fruit Smoothies.  I was instantly intrigued.  I am wondering if they could count as either one of your milks for the day (2 cups per day or 1 cup and a 6 oz. yogurt)?  I decided to look up the nutritional facts and it appears fairly healthy.  I think the serving size would have to be reduced to a portion of 6 oz. instead of 8 oz. but otherwise it's only 110 calories, 1.5 g of fat, 15g of sugar (which is high but if you eat a 6 oz. yogurt it's still 13g).  If you lessen the serving size to 6 oz. that will thus reduce the sugar anyway!  It's also high in calcium, Vitamin C, protein, and fiber!  I'll have to ask my consultant and let you know.

I was just looking for this information for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, at last I got it in your site.

Normally the top sites are full of garbage.
