Today I had the big weigh in after eating a strict 1200 caloric menu with Jenny Craig.  It may not sound like a lot to some, but for me, I lost 1.2 lbs!  Hooray!  I usually only lose a little over a half a pound.  I'm just bummed because I have a staff party tonight and I'm sure I'll have a few beverages.  This makes me worried that everything I worked hard for in the past week will be erased after one night.  I did a lot of walking and two days of riding this week as well.  I am determined to try to make healthy choices today that hopefully will not cause me to gain because of a Skinny Margarita or two.  What did I do to help balance things out?  First, I made sure not to have light dressing for dinner.  Alcohol is counted as a fat so one glass was an exchange for the one fat I add in at dinner.  I made sure to drink a lot of water.  I also brought my Fiber One cereal to snack on.  I knew we'd be out late and I didn't want to get the "munchies" this can actually be a bigger set back if I were to graze the table as opposed to a drink.  I know I looked silly and my friends were confused why I was bringing cereal to the party but I did get hungry and mostly stuck to this and carrots.  I had one bite of pretzel bread at the end of the evening.  Pretty good willpower will all of the delicious looking desserts and dips!  We'll see what the scale says on Sunday.  It takes two days for my body to "process" an unhealthy choice.

10 Bing Cherries

JC Meatloaf and potatoes 

Mixed greens with fat-free dressing

Fiber One Cereal

2 Skinny Girl Margaritas
