Passion and motivation will help you get to the finish line.  I am DETERMINED to reach 125 lbs. even if I plateau and I have to change up my eating and exercise habits.  What's motivating me?  I want to see that number on the scale and get the glitter that my consultant will throw at me once I've reached my goal weight.  It's silly, I know, but I'm excited for it.  It marks the return of my body pre-pregnancy and it also symbolizes that I can do it.  Even though I had a baby I can get back to where I want to be, I will be back into the same clothes I owned previously.  It will mark all the hard work I've done thus far.  My passion for healthy eating and now love of horseback riding and hiking keep me on the path to sustain a healthy lifestyle.  This week ask what motivates you and how do you want to achieve it?

Breakfast -

JC Cinnamon French Toast w/ 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack - 

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

JC Cheesy Enchilada

Carrots

Snack - 

10 Cherries

Dinner - 

JC Salisbury Steak and potatoes

Grilled Asparagus with 1 tbsp. olive oil

Snack - 

JC Bruschetta Veggie Chips
