Today I have a riding lesson and meeting a friend for a long walk at Voice of America park.  That will be a lot of calories burned.  I've really increased my exercise this summer.  But, it feels like I've been stuck at 130 all summer.  I'm getting frustrated.  I'm sure some of this is due to muscle mass which has slowed my battle to reach 125.  Last Friday I had finally gotten to 128.9.  I was so excited but that was the same day I started antibiotics for strep.  Usually I gain when I'm on antibiotics.  Somehow all week long I was up to 131.1!  I was livid.  I know these numbers sound ridiculous but they mean a lot to me when I'm trying so hard to eat healthy and exercise several times a week.  When I was weighed yesterday I'd lost .5 pounds from the past two weeks.  That is terrible.  I guess it's good I didn't gain from vacation but again, frustrating.  I had walked SO MUCH everyday of our trip.  Oh well.  This morning I'm down to 130.0 so I am close again.  It is always hard for me to break through to the next set of numbers.  In order to, hopefully, get a good weight loss I'm on a planned Jenny Craig menu for the week so I have a strict intake of exactly 1200 calories.  We'll see if this helps me breakthrough...

JC Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich

Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Beef Chow Mein

Salad no dressing

Snack -

Pear

Dinner -

JC Mesquite Chicken

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Chocolate Chip Snack Bar
