6/17/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Friday

Today my husband and I leave for another weekend out-of-town.  It's my cousin's wedding on Saturday about three hours away so we decided it would just be easier to get a cabin and stay the night.  Yesterday was also our wedding anniversary so we opted to celebrate by getting a cabin for Friday toot.  It's crazy to think how much has changed in four years!  Our son being born was a big one!  We plan on doing some intense hiking again which the area is known for.  As of this morning I lost another pound and a half so hopefully a weekend of hiking and probably some drinking at the wedding doesn't tamper with only being 5 1/2 pounds from my goal weight!!!!!  It's always more work to go out-of-town when I'm on the program because I have to make sure I pack all my JC meals for the trip as well as a cooler so they don't go bad.  I plan on grabbing Subway on the drive home Sunday because it's just fast and easy.  You definitely should have some kind of meal plan when you go on trips so you don't overeat and eat out too much.  It's a little more planning but it's worth it so you don't blow it and ruin everything you've worked for.

Breakfast -

JC Cheesy Omelet

Banana

1 cup fat-free milk

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch-

JC Fajita Chicken Salad Kit

Carrots and tomatoes

Dinner -

JC Lasagna

Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack -

JC Brownie
