I appreciate you being patient while I took off yesterday for my birthday!  I had a great day with my family.  In the morning my husband, son, and I went to the zoo for the first time.  We walked around for almost 4 hours - lol, I was hoping this would off-set the Indian I had for my birthday dinner.  Everybody needs to indulge sometimes and if you deprive yourself of everything you're asking to overeat later.  I have worked hard since November and I thought I deserved some Saag Paneer!  My advice to you if you do the same thing?  DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF THE NEXT DAY.  Weekly weigh-ins are much smarter!  I ended up in tears this morning because i had gained 3.6 POUNDS.  I realize this could have a lot to do with sodium but still.  For me a half a pound per week is a lot and this is a real set back.  What can you do to tackle such a steep gain in such a short time?  The only thing I can do, drink a lot of water with lemon to hydrate and get rid of toxins, as well as workout - which I did this morning.  We'll see how it goes tomorrow when I get on the scale...
