Tomorrow is my birthday so I will be taking a day off from blogging.  Since I was a little girl my parents have let me request whatever I wanted for my birthday dinner.  I shocked my Mom yesterday when I told her what I wanted:  Saag Paneer, Indian!  She knows it's my favorite but I've so rarely gone off the Jenny Craig program since I started.  My consultant and I both agree that on my birthday I should enjoy myself.  I am, however, going to order it with light cream and no butter.  I can taste the difference when they actually make it the way I've requested it.  I'm still going to fill up on salad but with fat-free dressing because I know they will still put oil in it!  I'm going to spend the day going to the zoo with my son, visit my aunt in the afternoon, and meet my husband and parents for dinner.  Hopefully it does not rain!

Breakfast -

JC Sunshine Sandwich

Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar 

Lunch -

JC Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken

Grilled Veggies (eggplant, onions, squash, zucchini, and mushrooms)

Snack -

Strawberries 3/4 cup (from our garden...yum!)

Dinner -

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Salad (mixed veggies, tomatoes, mushrooms) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
