I think I did really well with my eating this weekend.  We had chicken tetrazzini, rolls, green beans, and salad...as well as a delicious strawberry chocolate-chip cake for the baptism.  I could've eaten the entire dinner but Saturday morning I weighed myself and had lost TWO POUNDS.  This is huge for me.  I had been plateauing for such a long time.  I prepared myself for the fact that after trying the dinner and cake I may gain it right back, plus, I never lose two pounds.  Most likely it was going to be a fluke and I'd be right back where I was a few days ago.  So, I enjoyed myself.  I ate the green beans (which I'm sure the caterer doused in butter and salt), I tried the chicken tetrazzini (I needed to know if I'd use her again), and I had a thin shaving of the cake.  I then cooked my own Jenny meal and at that.  I thought for sure it would show a gain in the next day or so.  So far, I'm still down two pounds AND I got to slightly enjoy myself off the program!  We'll see if it keeps for my weigh in on Thursday...

Breakfast -

JC Cinnamon French Toast with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

Banana

1 cup coffee with 2 tbsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Meatball Stuffed Sandwich

Carrots

Snack -

Banana

Dinner -

JC Mac & Cheese

Salad - mixed greens, tomatoes, 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
