Sometimes I just crave a little tarter sauce with grilled fish.  Here's a way to enjoy tarter sauce without all the fat:

-Use fat-free mayo

-Chopped pickles

-just a dash of lemon juice

Another light sauce you can make homemade which I also love is light ranch:

-fat-free or light mayo (light is usually better for this)

-ranch packet

-skim milk

The only problem with the ranch packets is that they're ridden with salt so don't go too crazy with this one.

Breakfast -

JC Blueberry Pancake and sausage with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Personal Pizza

Leftover grilled veggies

Snack -

Apple

Dinner -

JC 3 Cheese Ziti

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
