Today is once again, my weigh in.  We will see if anything happens...my weight this morning seemed to only have dropped .6 pounds which will probably reflect nothing this afternoon on the scale.  You are going to think this is so bizarre but I'm so afraid to work out with intensity with anything other than cardio.  You should see my graph at JC.  I gain every week that I work out several times with high intensity.  But, since my weight loss has been so painfully slow, I decide to change it up again this week.  I mentioned to you that I was not going to "play so much by the rules."  I opted Friday and Saturday as my fat instead of dressing to have one glass of wine.  It appears my weight didn't gain nor decrease.  So, I also decided to not go so drastic with the amount of exercise I sometimes do and went for a light 30 minute walk twice this week and yesterday I did what I've been trying to stay away from.  It was so nice out, in fact, quite warm, and my husband picked up our son later.  So I decided to walk the fields (which I haven't done since November because I always seemed to gain from this, I'm sure muscle, because the fields are plowed and the up-turn of mud is an intense workout).  Instead of doing an hour hike in the fields my dogs and I just did a 30 minute hike.  I didn't go crazy with the exercise.  It felt good to be walking along the edge of the woods again.  It gets boring walking two miles up and down my driveway twice all the time.  Since I didn't have the baby it was a great opportunity to relax with my dogs.  Very nice.  We'll see if any of the change in my effort this week did absolutely anything to my weight...so frustrating!
