I hope you all had a wonderful Easter!  I'm so sick of all the rain in Cincinnati, aren't you?  Going to church with a baby in the rain is a disaster.  It was jammed packed with people and it was difficult to park.  We were really far away and trying to keep the baby dry was tough!  Luckily it stopped just in time for all of our guests to arrive.  The night was a success - my first Easter at our house and everyone loved the food and had a good time.  The rain even held off so the kids could have their Easter egg hunt. 

I forgot what it's like to be the hostess (lol, which I love to do; am I crazy?!) - making sure everyone else eats leaves not much time for you to eat.  By the time I took care of my family, the dogs, and the baby I had forgotten to eat until the end of the night!  I wasn't tempted by any of the appetizers or desserts thank goodness...haha probably because I made them and wasn't sure if they were going to be good or not.  Hopefully running around so much will have worked a few extra calories off!  I absolutely love having our family over.  As the family gets larger with older kids and extended families I seem to not have enough room in our house!  We have such a large deck - it would be nice to have a party when it doesn't rain so we can all enjoy it! 

Breakfast -

JC Oatmeal Raisin Square

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken

Tomatoes and peppers

Snack -

1/2 cup cantaloupe

Dinner -

JC 3-cheese Ziti

Salad with 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Honey Mustard Pretzels
