So I weighed in on Friday and had lost 2 pounds!  Yes!  Reverting to the strict 1200 caloric menu helped!  I actually ate out a lot since it was my spring break but I just got a salad and brought a travel tuna kit with me so I could eat my entire meal out with friends and family.  My consultant thought I should do one more week of the strict menu before I change back to picking my own meals.  JC has some new foods out that I'm exciting to try:  Cinnamon Rolls for breakfast, Cheeseburger (lunch), Lemon Mousse Bar (dessert).    We talked about if Easter would be a challenge for me.  However, it most definitely will not be - I'm having my Mom's side and some of my husband's family and I'm the one cooking.  We're having salad and lasagna.  I am opting to eat the salad and cook my JC meal.  I also made a homemade apple cake and vanilla cake; neither of which will tempt me.  So, we'll see how I do this week.  10 pounds away from my goal weight...the last 10 always seem to be the hardest.  Good luck to you tomorrow.  Remember, if you're going to indulge in the food you need to just work out a little harder the next few days.

JC Chicken Fajitas

Salad with peppers, mushrooms, onions with 2 tbsp. light ranch

JC Chocolate Chip Snack Bar
