Whether you're choosing your wedding gown or a bridal dress try and tell yourself size doesn't matter!  I know this is difficult but keep in mind all women are shaped differently.  I'm only 5'3" so when choosing a dress I try to go for a dress that will hit right about at knee level.  Add a pair of heels to this and it helps lengthen your body.  If you do have a curvier body type opt for an A-line style dress.  Belts also help break things apart and seem to narrow your waistline.  Also, choosing a dress that is rusched or a diagonal cut helps break things up as well.  As for straps, choose a halter style as opposed to strapless.  Sometimes you can even find quarter length sleeves or a trendy jacket to cover up the arms that we all hate.  If you are a bride choosing for your bridal party maybe let them choose the style but they are all the same color (this seems popular in the past few years); if not, please think about those that do not want to expose so much of their bodies.

1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

JC Oatmeal Raisin Bar

Lunch -

JC Chicken Stuffed Sandwich

Carrots

Snack -

1/2 cup blueberries

Dinner -

JC Chicken Carbonara

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Cheese Curls
