2/1/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Tuesday

by Katie (Jenny Craig 2009 Poster Girl) 1. February 2014 19:39

This is absolutely absurd but I think my creamer for my coffee was actually making it difficult for me to lose!  It was french-vanilla fat-free but I think it had a lot of sodium and sugar in it.  I was so mad when my grocery store stopped carrying it but I guess it was a blessing in disguise.  I'm so apprehensive to be happy about a weight loss because it has seemed to fluctuate to much.  However, so far this week I've lost 2.2 pounds which is HUGE for me.  I'm using regular fat-free creamer in coffee and have completely replaced it with my milk in the morning.  There's hardly any sugar or sodium and less calories.  I'm now 3 pounds away from my first goal weight!  Whoooo!  I may never be as small as I was but even 10 pounds less would be healthier for my 5'3" frame.  The journey of weight loss after having a baby is tough on women.  It sure is unfair that some women pop out a kid and look exactly the same: extremely slender afterwards isn't it?  Hmmm I can think of a few friends who have been blessed with this amazing gift!!!  Lucky dogs.  What, I'm allowed to be jealous?. Laughing
