I was apprehensive to weigh in today because my scale at home hasn't seemed to budge.  My doctor wasn't kidding when he said my body was going to be totally different after having kids.  It's as if it literally sucks up all the sodium in things and then it holds onto the water.  I mean, who do you know that gains weight by putting ketchup on their food?  My Mom told me to try Hunt's no sodium ketchup, has anyone ever heard of this?  Is it disgusting?  I want to find it and try it.  Luckily, the scale at JC surprised me last night and I lost another pound.  Hooray!  It's slow but at least it is coming off.  I am trying to look at the positive here.  :)  I've got to be more open to trying new foods.  This will help me so I don't get bored with JC foods and even once I start maintenance.  It's easy to get into routines with the same foods on maintenance as well!

THURSDAY

Breakfast -

JC Pancakes and sausage with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack -

JC Peanut Butter Anytime Bar

Lunch -

Carrots with fat-free ranch

JC Turkey Burger

Snack -

Apple

Dinner -

JC Salisbury Steak and potatoes (see I tried to switch it up!)

Asparagus grilled with 2 tbsp. light balsamic

Snack -

JC Oreo Cheesecake
