Happy New Year-2011

Today is the first day of the New Year!  What do you want for you?  Do you want increased energy?  Do you want to weigh less or fit into a different size clothes?  Today is the beginning of your new year and your new look.  Let’s go down this path together.  Read my blog’s, and have them delivered to your e-mail every day.  Take ‘what you can’ and ‘what you need’ from the blogs, and pass them on to your friends if they help you.

Let’s beginning a new year together with exercise and clean eating and feeling energetic, being healthy and living a strong, positive life!

Saturday 01/01/10- Workout Diary:

Recumbent bike- 30 minutes

P90X- Yoga tape (I only lasted through 60 minutes)

Saturday 01/01/10- Eating Diary:

Day A

7 am- 4 egg whites (67 cal)

2 oz. oatmeal ( dry weight) (221 cal)

11 am- protein shake (160 cal)

Lunch-

2.5 oz chicken, 1/2 brown rice, green/ red peppers-omit sweet n sour, asked to cook clean and added balsamic vinegar (estimated 210 cal)

no calorie or reduced sugar diabetic salad dressing

6 p.m.- 3 oz turkey breast (149 cal)

3 oz potatoes ( boiled in skin) (64 oz)

8 oz green vegetables ( raw or steamed ) (88 cal)

8 p.m.-3 oz. Halibut (broiled) (145 cal)

3 oz beans, Lima (frozen) (104 cal)

8 oz greens (assorted) ( 88 cal)

TOTAL CALORIES: 1296
