Hope you all have your holiday shopping finished!  Cincinnati is expecting 2-4 inches which I know isn't much for places like Cleveland or Colorado but for us it's a lot.  Our snow is expected to hit at night which is dangerous for all of the people driving home from parties.  So, if you live in area with snow expected tonight be careful!  I will be taking the next two days off and will be back again on 12/26.  I hope all of you have a safe and enjoyable holiday!  Be careful about the foods that are not important to you and use your judgement on eating the foods that are.  Scoop about a tablespoon of everything you want and you should be OK.  Try to exercise tonight, during Christmas would be great, but if you can't just get back to it the day after.  Good luck - I know you can do it.  Don't ruin all your hard work by blowing it the next two days.  Make sure your plate is primarily veggies or salad and this will help you.  Happy Holidays!

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack -

JC Oatmeal Raisin Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

JC Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken

Carrots

Snack - 

2 clementines

Dinner - 

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, onions, and mushrooms) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
