My husband and I were going to start "boot" camp together as soon as the doctor "okayed" things after delivery.  (I've been given permission to write on here about his struggles with weight gain while I've been pregnant).  He gained 30 pounds and has decided enough is enough - his clothes don't fit, he has low energy, and is just overall frustrated with his size.  The problem has been since I've been nauseous basically throughout this whole pregnancy many times I cook something and then don't want it.  Obviously that's a waste and my husband has always had the mentality that if you make you eat it; you don't waste it.  Even if I make it, many times I only have a few bites and then he feels obligated to eat the rest.  My husband has never been overweight, being lucky enough to weigh about 207 pounds and is 6'3.  However, weight problems do run in his family and he feels like if things are out of control now, they will only get worse.  Just in 1 day he has reduced his portion sizes and went running for 30 minutes and has lost 3 pounds.  Guys are so lucky - I feel like it just melts off of him and it will take me forever to lose this baby weight!  I have gained 37 pounds while pregnant and FINALLY this past week have stopped the weight gain!

SUNDAY

Breakfast- 

1 serving size of Fiber One Pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Lean Cuisine Pizza

Carrots

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

whole wheat tortilla, 2 oz. Laura's lean beef, 1/4 cup low-fat cheese, 1 tbps. low-sodium taco mix, lettuce, tomatoes

Green beans with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack -

Skinny Cow

You did it right. Some additional points to ponder, preparing your food toxic-free adds more to your health and its good if organically grown.
