9/19/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Sunday

by Katie (Jenny Craig 2009 Poster Girl) 19. September 2013 19:49

I do want to warn you, when I have the baby I will be taking a week off blogging.  I will try to have my husband get on and post when we are going into labor so you'll have an idea why I've been gone for awhile.  I will make sure to share lots of stories once I get back about my experience!  Today we are at 37 weeks which means...we are now considered at full-term!  He may be approximately 6 pounds/19 inches long!  This is where the mucus plug could go at anytime.  Have you heard of this before?  Some call it the "bloody show" it is a little bit of milky discharge mixed with blood and this is a sign that delivery is usually only a few days away.  Many of the sites I read said that since I'm so large it is difficult to sleep but when I do, I may have intense dreams due to my anxiety about labor.  Even though I'm scared about the delivery I think the build up has been so great that when it finally comes it will be a relief that it's here.  I'm going to hope and pray that this baby comes soon!

I am glad that you take good care your health and the baby inside your womb. Eating healthy foods is a big part so that a baby comes out healthy.
