CONTINUED FROM YESTERDAY, 8/15, Sunday: I was right in the middle of my drama at the baby shower. My husband was splitting his time between a work dinner and the baby shower and needless to say, once the power went out I called him as quickly as I could. There was no way my dogs were staying in that hot box and we needed propane because we were going to attempt to make the pizzas on the grill. Also, we have an A/C unit in the basement, if my husband could at least hook up the generator maybe we could have a little place to get some relief from the extremely muggy and hot house! Haha this will certainly be a shower to remember! Somehow despite all the drama it is one of my favorite memories. I had a room full of people I love and we just went on about things even though it was hot and dark in the house. The pizzas turned out divine on the grill and with homemade cupcakes for dessert what more could a girl ask for? I was definitely overheated and sweltering but I tried to see past it because I was just so happy to be with all our close friends. I am one lucky person! MONDAY Breakfast - 1 serving Fiber One pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup Nectarine 1 cup fat-free organic milk Lunch - Cedarlane Bean and Cheese Burrito Carrots Fat-free yogurt Snack - 3/4 cup strawberries Dinner - 1 cup of mushroom rice risotto taken from Cooking Light (340 cal) Green beans with 1 tbsp. margarine Snack - Skinny Cow
