Today is officially week 30 of the pregnancy!  Right now our baby is almost about 11 inches and 3 pounds.  A common side effect of gestational diabetes was a larger baby.  Although I wasn't "diabetic" I am borderline and I wonder if this has an impact.  Even at 20 weeks my belly measured below average but the baby was above average in weight.  As of a week ago my belly continued to measure just a little below average so I'm curious to see how much he weighs.  Also, my husband weighed about 10 pounds when he was born and so did my Dad.  My husband is also 6'3" while I'm a mere 5'3" so we'll see if we have a long baby as well.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he is not a 10 pound baby!

SUNDAY

Breakfast - 

1/4 Break-free eggs, Morning Star Veggie Sausage

Plum 

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Cedarlane Bean & Cheese Burrito with tomatoes

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

Salad (mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, mozzarella) with 2 tbsp. light ranch

turkey melt (4 oz. baked turkey on whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, and fat-free mayo)

Snack - 

Yes, you should always eat a snack but my belly was really tight tonight and more food didn't sound good
