Last night I made a delicious low-fat pizza. I used Boboli wheat, thin bread crust which was only about 1 gram of fat. I spread Kroger pizza sauce thinly on top for a light sauce. I then added low-sodium shaved ham, pineapple, and low-fat cheddar cheese sprinkled lightly on top. I had one slice of pizza and a huge salad and I was completely full! Yum! FRIDAY Breakfast - 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal Squares with 1 cup fat-free organic milk 3/4 cup of strawberries Lunch- 2 slices whole wheat bread, cucumber, and fat-free cream cheese Fat-free yogurt Snack - Nectarine Dinner - Low-fat ham/pineapple pizza Salad (romaine, tomatoes, croutons) 2 tbsp. light ranch Snack - 100 calorie pack
