7/15/13- Paula's Eating/Exercise Journal: Sunday

Today we are hosting a pool party for my husband’s friends.  We do this 4 times a summer and the kids swim all day and everyone brings a dish.  It is great to see my husband so happy, surrounded by his lifelong friends, and having fun.  We are expecting beautiful weather and will enjoy just re-charging our batteries for the upcoming week.  I hope you all enjoy your Sunday and feel great today!

Sunday 7/11 Workout:

 Sunday 7/11 Food Diary:

Breakfast-

 ½ cup non fat cottage cheese, ½ cup non fat vanilla with ¼ cup blueberries (95 cal.)

1/3 cup egg whites, with 1/3 cup mixed squash (110 cal.)

 A.M.  Snack-

Whole, cut red pepper (40 cal.)

Lunch-

Salad- 2 cups raw spinach, 9 cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup blanched broccoli,1/16 cup garbanzo beans  (70 cal.)

Dinner-

We hosted a pool party

 

 

 *Burgers

salad I made- watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, mozarella, grilled onions, balsamic glaze, drizzle of EVOO( extra virgin olive oil)

ice cream sandwich
