I know as you've been reading these blogs you've probably noticed I've had a lot of fish. But, my doctor told me everything in moderation. I don't have more than one meal a day that contains fish and I try to stay away from shark, tilefish, or swordfish because they contain higher levels of mercury. I absolutely LOVE fish so as long as you don't exceed 12 oz per week you should be OK. SATURDAY Breakfast - whole wheat bagel with low-fat cream cheese (airplane breakfast) cup of strawberries Lunch - Grilled chicken salad (romaine, tomatoes, cheese, croutons) Snack - Fat-free yogurt Apple Dinner - Turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato Snack - 100 calorie pack
