Ok, so today I will break it to you what the embarrassing pregnancy symptom is:  swollen vaginal areas.  Girls, if you have this problem, don't be alarmed!  In fact, read Jenny McCarthy's book, Belly Laughs.  No, she is not a doctor, but yes, she will "tell it to you like it is."  The title of this chapter is:  Blue Twinkies!  Haha when I saw that for the first time I couldn't help but laugh.  Now for every woman it is different and in my case, they are not blue but they sure are swollen.  Some women are lucky enough to not experience this symptom at all.  I for one seem to have a list of symptoms from A-Z.  There's apparently so much blood pumping down there that it can engorge the vagina and labia.  This can even more enhanced if you have just had sex or even exercised...anything that is going to increase the blood volume.  Recently my friend asked if I wanted to go on a bike ride, I told her, "Who are you kidding?  I couldn't sit on a bike seat long enough to even go for five minutes without being incredibly uncomfortable down there!"

SATURDAY

Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs, 1 whole wheat tortilla, Morning Star Veggie Sausage

3/4 cup cantaloupe

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

1 whole wheat tortilla, 1 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, tomatoes

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

3/4 cup mixed fruit

Dinner - 

Carrots with light ranch

Approximately 3 oz. grilled chicken on bun with lettuce and mustard
