5/26/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Wednesday

by Katie (Jenny Craig 2009 Poster Girl) 26. May 2013 22:50

So I promised I would be truthful about different experiences I have had while being pregnant.  Sorry to say, I'm still working up to admitting an extremely embarrassing symptom of pregnancy...but it will come out...just give me time!  However, this symptom I have no qualms sharing:  the break out.  I feel like a teenager again.  My face isn't too bad but the break out on my back disgusts me.  I used to get it really bad on my back when I played soccer year around - especially around the sports bra area.  This too is definitely related to sweat, but geez, it could be after walking and the line from my pants irritated the skin and the next thing you know I have zits there.  I'm not talking little ones, they're huge red bumps that actually hurt and irritate me when I am sitting against something.  LOL, and please don't think I'm whining and complaining to you.  I really have to laugh at the situation...otherwise it does start to get pretty annoying.  But, in the spirit of being honest I might as well tell you all the "fun" things I have experienced!
