One of my good friends is currently 7 weeks pregnant.  She and I were discussing pregnancy ailments over the weekend and she reminded me of an experience I had early on in the pregnancy.  I was only about 5 weeks pregnant and when I got my blood drawn doctors discovered my progesterone level was low (which from what I understand is common amongst many women).  Of course like any new mom, I was pretty freaked out.  But, my nurse reassured me this really was common and that until I was "out of the woods" from my first trimester I would just need to take progesterone cream.  This obviously increases the hormones in your body making me sicker and this was what helped produce my extreme constipation when I needed an enema.  I really didn't think my doctor or nurse fully explained possible side affects of the cream.  So wouldn't you know it, I was about two or three weeks into the cream, on the way home from a short vacation (on this vacation I had also accidentally gotten hit in the abdomen), and weird chunky, cottage-cheese like stuff appeared to be coming out of my vajayjay.  Due to what had happened on the trip and just feeling anxious as it was, I started freaking out.  Why didn't anyone tell me this was normal?!  I called my doctor the next day and found out that my body is not going to keep all that cream inside and eventually it starts to leak out.  Well it sure would've been nice to know ahead of time!  Luckily for my girlfriend she had me to tell her that this was normal and she didn't need to panic.  Lol, pregnancy sure does bring up a lot of graphic bodily functions that are discussed.  By the time I am finished I think I am going to be able to handle these bodily functions a lot better!

Michelina's Lean Gourmet Pizza Rolls (200 cal, 8g fat)

Carrots

Fat-free yogurt

Dinner -

DINED OUT

grilled chicken wrap (lettuce, tomato, mild sauce)

Salad with fat-free ranch

Snack -

1/8 slice of angel food cake (sugar-free)
