5/16/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Sunday

Today was a rainy overcast day.  Luckily I got in a 45 minute hike yesterday while it was sunny out.  Instead, my husband and I planted our garden.  I'm so excited to get (hopefully!) an abundance of peppers, broccoli, lettuce, beans, watermelon, cantaloupe, zucchini, and carrots.  Funny thing is, most of it still repulses me right now.  I'm hoping by the time most of it comes up I will be feeling a lot better and more inclined towards healthier meals.  Wouldn't it be great if I could make my own baby food some day?  Any thoughts or opinions?  Has anyone tried this before?

SUNDAY

Breakfast -

Lender's Bagel with fat-free cream cheese

3/4 cup of strawberries

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

2 oz. grilled chicken on bun with lettuce and tomato

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

Apple

Dinner -

Felt extremely sick to my stomach tonight.  Could not bear the thought of eating actual "dinner foods."

2 Bowls of Honey Nut Cheerio's with fat-free milk

Snack -

None due to not feeling well
