My motto is simple this weekend:  get rid of stress and toxins in my life.  I have a baby in there that I'm sure can feel the affects that stress does to my body.  I don't care if it's family or work; I'm going to take it easy, walk with my dogs and husband, watch some movies, and relax with my friends while we cookout tomorrow.  I'm going to make it my best effort this weekend to stay positive and be around uplifting people that love and care about me.  This week has been another rough week with extended family (ah in-laws!) and work related issues.  Now that I've written down my goal for the weekend there's no turning back...I'm commited to my health and wellness.  I WILL enjoy myself and forget about other peoples problems!  Hold me accountable if I start talking about stress for the next few days!  Laughing

FRIDAY

Breakfast -

Lender's Bagel with fat-free cream cheese (feeling pretty sick this morning; tried to eat something bland)

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

Jenny Craig Chicken Stuffed Sandwich

Carrots

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

Apple

Dinner -

2 oz. grilled chicken

Small baked potato

Broccoli with tbsp. margarine

Snack -

100 calorie popcorn
