Last night I went on a 40 minute hike with the dogs.  I'm so proud of myself that even though I feel exhausted I'm getting out there and doing some kind of exercise.  Problem was, the rest of the night I felt sick to my stomach.  I always wonder if this has some kind of correlation.  All I can come with is that maybe the exercise gets my hormones raging and the hormones cause me to feel sick.  On these nights I can't get to bed fast enough because I just don't want to puke.  Seriously, when will the fatigue and nausea ever be FINISHED?!  I'm sick of it and I just want to be ME again.  I apologize, but I am becoming quickly frustrated with FIVE MONTHS of feeling miserable.  Enough is enough.  It feels like there's no end in sight....

TUESDAY

Breakfast -

Small Lender's Bagel with fat-free cream cheese

3/4 cup strawberries

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

2 oz. whole wheat pasta with broccoli and 1/4 cup fat-free melted cheese

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

Apple

Dinner -

**Felt nauseas and nothing sounded good so I had a Lean Cuisine Sausage and Egg Hot Pocket (Light)

**No veggie tonight due to not feeling well

Snack -

1/4 slice of sugar-free angel food cake
