Today I went on a 35 minute hike with my dogs. This is the longest I've been able to go since I was pregnant. I was pretty proud of myself - especially because the hike was on uneven terrain in the mud which makes the exercise more intense. Now don't get me wrong: I was exhausted afterwards but I felt good about myself. I will be so proud of my efforts if I keep this up every other day until the end of my pregnancy. I am now on week 17 of my pregnancy, still feeling nauseas off and on and still feeling exhausted. I'm hoping that this will soon end. Even though I'm not feeling so great still, keeping up with some kind of exercise regimen will help keep me healthy until I am hopefully more of myself once I have this baby! SATURDAY Breakfast - 100 calorie English Muffin, 1/4 cup Break-free egg Banana 1 cup fat-free organic milk Lunch - Cedarlane Bean & Chz Burrito Celery Fat-free yogurt Snack - 3/4 cup watermelon Dinner - Jenny Craig Mac & Chz Green beans with 1 tbsp. margarine Snack - Handful of baked lays
