4/26/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Monday

This week is going to be a BUSY week!  I'm eating out alot so I will apologize now.  I'm sure many of you know my motto is to eat out as little as possible.  However, it really cannot be avoided.  Today I had monthly dinner with my primary hallway and I was in charge of it so I had to go!  Wednesday I'm going to a dinner to honor one of our teachers.  Friday I am seeing one of my good friends whom I haven't been able to see in a long time and we're doing a lil shopping and dinner.  Whew, keep your fingers crossed that I'm able to make some good choices while out to eat!  That means tonight I will be unable to do my workout so I will have to double up and do Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

MONDAY

Breakfast -

2 Kashi Waffles with spray butter and no sugar added Blackberry Jam

2 clementine's

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

hardboiled egg with fat-free mayo on 2 slices whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoe

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

Apple

Dinner -

DINED OUT

1 bean burrito (tortilla with refried beans) lettuce and tomatoe

Side of rice

Snack -

Handful of chips and salsa
