I'm pretty proud of myself.  I've stuck to my guns and no matter how exhausted I've felt I have continued to get a short walk in every other day.  Earlier in the week my school had a practice run for a club called, Girls on the Run.  It's an organization aimed at building girls' self-esteems while at the same time building commraderie as they practice for a 5k race.  Thursday night the girls had a "practice run" and teachers were encouraged to walk, run, or cheer on the girls.  I decided to go for it and utilize that time as my exercise.  Ha I did not do 15 laps around the school like the girls did.  But, I did do seven which I think is great for only being on my third day of working out since basically the beginning of my pregnancy.  I LOVED it.  What a great idea for girls - I got to chat with some of my students and we were lucky enough for a gorgeous day to do it.  These are my favorite kind of work outs...the kind where you don't even notice you're doing it!

SUNDAY

Breakfast -

2 Kashi Waffles with no sugar added Blackberry Jam and spray butter

1 cup fat-free milk

3/4 cup strawberries

Lunch -

1 hardboiled egg with fat-free mayo on 2 slices of whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoe

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

2 clementine's

Dinner -

1 turkey hot dog on the grill with a whole wheat bun

Salad (romaine, tomatoes, carrots, croutons) 2 tbsp. light Italian

Snack -

Skinny Cow Vanilla Ice Cream
