I would like to start working out, even just a little, again.  I am still pretty sick almost every day but at least I'm throwing up only about once or twice a week.  My goal is to keep my baby and me healthy so I would like to do even 20 minute walks every other day.  So far I've stuck to my commitment.  My Mom could see I was stressed last weekend from my Dad's surgery so she recommended we go on a short walk.  I was kind of nervous because the past few times I tried I was horribly sick for days afterwards.  But, the walk ended up revitalizing me and I actually had a little more energy than I've normally had (which is not much).  I'm going to really try to stick with this (hoping even mini-workouts every other day will help keep the weight down).

SATURDAY

Breakfast -

1/4 cup Break-free eggs, Morning Star Veggie Sausage, 100 cal English Muffin

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

1 hardboiled egg with fat-free mayo (egg salad) on 2 slices whole wheat toast with lettuce and tomato

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

Orange

Dinner -

DINED OUT

1 refried bean burrito (refried beans in tortilla) with lettuce and tomato

Side of Mexican Rice

Snack -

Handful of chips and salsa
