Today I have had a rough day.  I started out the morning thinking I was going to be sick, felt ok during the day, and on my way home from work got sick again.  By the time I got home I had thrown up and not much of anything sounded very good to me.  Some people ask me if I've talked to my doctor about being so sick and already into the 14th week of my pregnancy.  At 12 weeks things looked good and I see my doctor again in a week.  I'm sure he's going to say that some women are just sick longer than others.  This is disappointing, I was really hoping that at the end of my 12 weeks I would miraculously feel better.  So many women kept telling me that one day I would wake up into my 2nd trimester and feel like a whole new person - reenergized and maybe even better than I did before I was pregnant...uhhhh NOT.  I feel lucky if I can just make it until 8 o'clock to go to bed without puking!

TUESDAY

Breakfast -

3/4 cup Bran Flakes with 1/4 cup organic raisins

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

1 cup Progresso Low-Sodium Chicken Noodle Soup

Celery

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

Peach

Dinner -

1 cup plain rice (I was feeling extremely sick)
