Happy Easter

We had a beautiful day, fun watching the kids hunt for the eggs the Easter Bunny hid ( It's great fun that they still believe in the Easter Bunny).  Then off to brunch.  I tried to be good, but I must admit, I did okay to well not exactly disaplined.  Well, I did get to ride my bike in the afternoon, so I didn't feel like a total slug, and it was alot of fun.  Enjoy the moment.  Embrace the innocence of children's beliefs...live with gusto!

4/4/10- Sunday exercise-

bike riding on the street- 90 minutes, 16.23 miles

4/4/10- Sunday eating journal-

Breakfast-

1/4 cup egg whites, 1 cup spinach, 1/4 cup brocolli slaw(raw), 3 asparagus ( 50 cal)

Brunch-

egg white omlette

roast beef

salad

assorted desserts

Dinner-

2 cups organic spinach, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts, 1/2 cup brocolli, 1/2 yellow sweet pepper
