Vacation- Day 6

Today was just a day for us to hang, do a bit of shopping and enjoy the last days.  Its chilly here, and poolside is a no go.  Im happy with the workout and eating today.  Sorry I'm, so brief, but I want a day off to enjoy the last days.  Hope you enjoy your day, and try a new step today that will help your continued goals for good health,=.

Thursday 3/25 Workout

Recumbent bike-30 minutes

Strength train- legs

leg exention

leg curl

lunges

squats with 10 lb weight


Thursday 3/25 Food Diary:out of town

Breakfast-

oatmeal with berries

 banana

Lunch-

Vegetarian sandwich

 P.M. Snack-

grapefruit

yogurt

Dinner-

swordfish

2 pieces bread with balsamic vinegar

salad
